Matt has been an active entrepreneur business leader his whole life and has executive leadership experience in multiple start-up businesses overseeing sales, marketing, and operations.

Matthew Paperi is the Founder/ President- TechCycle Solutions, LLC and has over 35 years of experience. TCS is a leader in the wireless repair industry, offering repair solutions for Tablets, laptops, smart devices, and many other electronics. Techcycle Solutions is supported by a second to none team with technical capabilities including mobile device repair, device buyback, device protections and much more.

Matt started in the insurance and extended warranty business as the Sr. Director of Business Development, lock\line (Asurion) a leader in the handset insurance industry where he helped to Developed and implemented third-party repair and replacement solutions for handset insurance and warranty combo programs. He led product creation and sales of the handset protection program into major wireless carriers before lock\line’s merger with Asurion. He was instrumental in growing new business to over $600M which included BellSouth, Alltel, AT&T Sprint, Verizon and Qwest Wireless.

Matt left lock\line (Asurion) where he helped found Mobilesure/Cellect Solutions. Mobilesure/ Cellect found a niche in creating and offering handset protection and extended warranty program for the underserved Tier 2 carriers. The solution delivered a fully- licensed and underwritten program in all 50 U.S. states. In 2008 Mobilesure/Cellect Solutions was acquired by National Electronics Warranty (NEW).

Following the acquisition by NEW, Matt held the position of Sr. Director Client Services, NEW Wireless (Asurion) and where he continued his success which led directly to NEW’s merger with Asurion.

Matt was born and raised in just outside of Detroit Michigan and currently lives in Kansas City with his wife. He has 4 Children and 4 grand kids. When Matt has free time, he enjoys spending time with the family and working on cars.
